Meet Our Service Department

Shane has been with Roseville Toyota since high school. When he first was hired, he was washed cars. Eventually Shane realized how much fun being on the service drive was helping people with their car problems and he knew he wanted to do this for a living. Shane has made lots of great friends at Roseville Toyota and even met his wife here. In his spare time, he really likes camping and tries to go as many times a year as he can. His 2 sons love going to Dillon’s Beach, that is their favorite.

Jacquie has been growing with Roseville Toyota since 2003. Her family has been in the car business for as long as she can remember, so dealerships are sort of a second home for her! Jacquie took automotive technology classes in high school so she knew the service department would be her home eventually. She is very blessed to have the best customers in the world, loves making sense of the ever-more complicated vehicles for them. Jacquie briefly moved to Idaho with her family a few years back, and this was the first place she came back to when returning for a job. In her off time, she is an avid snowboarder and enjoys spending time with her son and husband.

Randy started as a service advisor in 1977 at a Cadillac dealer in southern California. He has been with Toyota since 1992 and has been here at Roseville Toyota since 2001.

Steve has worked for Toyota of America for many years now, 5 of which has been at Roseville Toyota. He used to work on the famous night crew (open till midnight), which people still ask about to this day! He loves all the people here so much which makes the commute of 60 miles each day seem unimportant. Steve really likes the look on people’s faces when he lets them know that he is able to help fix their cars for a lot less money than they thought it would be! His family is spread all around the country, so in his time off, he trys to take as much time as he can to see them all. His son, who just graduated from high school, may also be looking to join our team.

Hello All! Reyna has been with Roseville Toyota for 3 years now, but has 7 years total tenure with the Sullivan Auto Group. She started working on cars doing minor repairs with her dad when she was only 11 years old. While studying Business in college, Reyna decided she wanted to continue working with cars again and began her studies in automotive repair at American River College, specializing in Parts and Service Advising. She enjoys working with cars almost as much as she enjoys working with people, and is honored to be working with such a great team of people and great customers that understand why Toyota’s are #1.

Tony has experience at many Toyota dealerships, but working at Roseville Toyota has been the best. Tony has been at Roseville Toyota for 8 years with a small break in between to pursue travels. His favorite thing about working as a service advisor is getting to meet and talk to people from all walks of life. His co-workers are like family and he's met some of his best friends here. Tony really enjoys his new digs (store redesign) and knows this is a great place to help customers! He prides himself in the teamwork that he has at this dealership. He loves music, boating, snowboarding, traveling and anything adventurous. Tony is the individual that will get to know you by your first name, and take care of your needs from start to finish. Tony says “I look forward to serving you!”

Rebekah Huey has been with this Roseville Toyota for 8 years. She started as a cashier, and then worked in the business office before becoming an assistant advisor, because of my excellent customer service. Over the last several years Bekah has learned alot about auto mechanics and is thankful for all those at the Dealership that have spent time teaching and showing. She has always had an interest in cars. As a child, Bekah learned the basics by cleaning parts for her father and grandfather when they were restoring classic Mustangs. She originally worked for Chevy and transferred to Toyota in 2008. Bekah enjoys working with the public and prides herself on customer service.

Casey has worked at Roseville Toyota for over 5 years now. She started as a cashier and worked her way up to a service advisor position 2 years ago. Casey really enjoys helping people and assisting people with their new vehicle. She loves her co-workers, it really is like her second family here. Casey has a 3 year old daughter who is the love of her life. In her free time she likes to read and go line dancing!
