Charles has been with Roseville Toyota for over 13 years. He has served in various positions including Finance, Used Car Manager, and presently, General Sales Manager.

Electronics had always been in John's blood. Much of his career was spent with Lafayette Radio and Circuit City (25 years total). When he opened the original 8 stores in Northern California, he visited the Sacramento area and always wondered what it would be like to live here. Now he knows. Never again does he ever have to shovel 3-4 feet of snow. He can drive 1 hour and visit it. Electronics and Cars go hand-in-hand. Joining Roseville Toyota 14 years ago was the best decision he has ever made. He started in Sales for 9 months, became an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager and now the Internet Director. 4 boys ranging in age from 22 to 14 keeps him very busy during the week and weekend.

Jessica became part of Roseville Toyota's family in 1994. Her first position with the company was as a Receptionist. She absolutely loved working for the company right out of the gate. The people were great and the company was strong and it definitely had a living culture throughout the entire store. Jessica knew she had found her second home in no time at all. Eventually she worked her way into Customer Service and found this to be the department she would love to stay in; she had a strong passion of wanting to help out all of the store's customers with whatever they needed. By 1997 Jess was promoted to Customer Service Manager and was in charge of hiring and training all of Roseville Toyota's staff in customer service as well as the entire Receptionist crew. After 17 years Jessica still can say that there is nothing else that she would rather be doing in her professional career than working with such a great team-family and being able to help out Roseville Toyota's family of customers. It truly is the best place to work.
